Features available for business numbers

Emergency location: associates an eligible number with a registered physical location for emergency calling.
Inbound caller ID name: looks up the name associated with an incoming caller's number.
Outbound caller ID name (CNAM): registers your business name for supported outbound caller-name lookups.
Directory listing: availability varies by number and service area.
