Check your internet connection
For the most useful result, connect a computer by Ethernet to the network used by your phones. Run your internet provider's speed test several times and record download speed, upload speed, and latency. Note the time and whether other devices were using the connection.
Speed alone does not measure call quality. Intermittent loss, jitter, and network configuration can also affect voice calls.
