Incoming calls usually provide a caller ID number. When caller-name lookup is available and enabled, the Briva Voice platform can look up the name associated with that number and deliver it with the call.

Enable or troubleshoot caller-name display

Contact Briva Voice support to check availability for your number. If a name is missing or incorrect, include the calling number, the number called, and a recent call time with its time zone.

Displayed names depend on the information available for the calling number and may differ between providers or devices. Caller ID is not proof of a caller's identity.
