What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for any device purchase, if you pick it up at our Addison, Texas location once ready for pickup. Pickups are available Monday-Friday upon appointment only. If In-store pickup is selected at checkout, we will send you an email once your order is ready.
Ground Shipping
We offer shipping at the following rates:UPS Ground Shipping – 2lb package = $12
Free DFW Couriour Service
(*only applies to deliveries within DFW)
*All times and dates given for delivery of products are given in good faith of estimates only. We cannot control manufacture delivery times or acts of weather. We make every attempt to deliver within our guidelines.
Do You Delivery Internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible. Then we will advise you of a revised estimate of delivery.
